Redeem Prizes

At JackpotRabbit Casino, eligible Sweepstakes Coins (SC) can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards. Game Coins (GC) are for play and cannot be redeemed. Each SC is equivalent to $1 USD, but you must meet the applicable minimum and any playthrough requirements before requesting a prize.

Check Eligibility and Minimums

JackpotRabbit is available to eligible players in the United States, subject to local laws and the casino’s current terms. The provided eligibility information excludes Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. California residents may use the platform in Game Coins mode only and cannot use or redeem Sweepstakes Coins.

Players must meet the local minimum age requirement: 18 in most states and 21 in some jurisdictions. A minimum of 100 SC is required for a cash prize, while gift card redemptions require at least 25 SC. Bonus SC carry a 1x playthrough requirement before they can be redeemed. Check your balance and the current terms to confirm which coins are eligible.

How to Request a Prize

Sign in to your JackpotRabbit Casino account and open the redemption area. Review your eligible SC balance, choose an available prize option, and enter the requested details. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

JackpotRabbit may ask you to verify your identity before approving a redemption. Provide accurate information and any requested documents through the account’s secure verification process. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the prize is sent using an available option shown in your account. Available choices can vary, so rely on the options displayed at the time you make your request.

Processing and Possible Delays

Redemption reviews and delivery times can vary. The available information does not specify a fixed processing period, and delivery may also depend on the selected prize provider or payment service.

A request may take longer if identity checks are incomplete, account details do not match, required documents need review, the minimum balance has not been met, or eligible SC still have a playthrough requirement. Local eligibility rules or a request for additional information may also affect review. Check your account for updates before submitting another request.
